With over 25 years of experience in the logistics sector, Trev founded Cargo World in February 2018 alongside trusted industry investors.
His extensive global network and unwavering commitment to delivering first-class service have been key to the company’s success, earning the loyalty of clients who value his dedication and personal approach.
Outside of the office, Trev devotes much of his time to fundraising. He is the founder and trustee of With Love, Steph, a children’s charity created in memory of his beloved wife and CWL co-founder, Stephanie Jeanne Glynn.
With over 15 years of experience in both operations and sales, Josh was invited by his good friend Trev to help build CWL in its early days – a challenge he’s met with incredible success.
Known for his lightning speed, customs expertise, loyal customer base and exceptional drive, Josh works tirelessly to provide first-class service while developing new business opportunities.
Away from work, he enjoys holidays with his fiancée Abbie and their son Enzo, gym sessions, and relaxing walks with Ronnie the cockerpoo.
As CWL’s very first employee and now a shareholder, and true pillar of the company, Paul has been instrumental in shaping who we are today.
With vast experience in logistics and an unwavering drive to solve any challenge, he works tirelessly to put our customers first and exceed expectations at every turn.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys music, family time.. and has a strange, but impressive skill of knowing random facts about all things weird!
There’s no need for google when Paul is in the office
With vast experience in developing business relations, Josh reached out to Tom to join the team and help grow the client base.
It might have been considered a risk, with Tom starting at the outset of the pandemic, but safe to say one that paid off given the portfolio of customers that he now manages!
Tom is a fantastic communicator and holds each customer relationship in high regard; always reacting to the market with their interest at heart.
With a family of four and two springer spaniels, whenever Tom does have spare time, he’s usually found being beaten up by the kids.
Gareth joined CWL after impressing the team with his quick response times and reliability while working alongside us in the industry.
Now a key part of our operations team, Gareth’s close relationships with airlines help us secure market-leading rates and fast turnarounds for our clients.
Outside of work, he’s a proud Manchester City fan (we won’t hold it against him!) a regular at family gatherings, and a self-confessed foodie.
Luke joined our air exports team with no prior freight forwarding experience and, just a couple of years later, has become our office chameleon – seamlessly switching between multi-modal import and export shipments.
We’re proud of his rapid development and excited to see what more he’ll achieve in the future (no doubt accompanied by his trademark dry sense of humour that can leave the office in hysterics).
Away from the office, Luke rarely slows down – between gym sessions, and dog walks – but always finds time for a self-confessed terrible film or two!
Known as the mother hen of the office and our queen of container deliveries!
Tracy has a real talent for finding availability even when the market seems impossible. Worth her weight in gold, she not only keeps shipments moving but also keeps team spirits high.
With her bubbly personality and caring nature, she looks after us all, from stocking everyday essentials to decorating for birthdays and sets the feel-good tone in the office.
A devoted mum with a big family, Tracy is always on the go.. but still finds time to enjoy good food and the occasional drink!
Dorota’s determination and strong character shines through in everything she does.
Originally from Poland, she built a new life in the UK with her husband and two children, learning a new language and forming new connections along the way.
With an impressive drive to succeed, she pursued a college course with ambitions of becoming an accountant, all while embracing new responsibilities at work.
Known affectionately as “the feeder” of the team for her daily supply of treats, we feel very lucky to have Dorota as part of the CWL family!
Our ambitious and eager-to-learn accounts assistant, Isabelle, brings energy and positivity to the CWL team every day.
Always wearing a smile, quick to laugh (and often to sneeze!) she balances a second job and university studies while still giving her best in the office.
We’re excited to see where her hard work takes her as she continues to excel in her studies and climb the accountancy ladder.
Luke brings a multitude of skills to our operations team, with particular expertise in managing high-volume container business and a strong background in UK warehousing.
A true team player, Luke is always volunteering extra help to colleagues.
His standout quality however? Patience. Week after week, he demonstrates it time and again, enduring the highs and lows – especially as a dedicated Manchester United season ticket holder!
With Ryan, it’s not just who you know, it’s also what you know.
Bringing a wealth of industry networks, expertise and proven experience in leading a successful air freight teams, Ryan joined CWL with a reputation for hard work, focus and results.
Determined by nature, he even tackles marathons for fun!
Ryan balances his passion for freight and fitness with family life and a love of good food (with an appetite to match!).
A true all-rounder, he’s a trusted and driven member of our team.
Luke joined our growing air freight team in early 2025 and has quickly shown a hunger to learn the ropes of the logistics world.
New to the industry, he’s keen to take on challenges, soak up knowledge from his colleagues, and enthusiastically build his skills day by day.
Outside of work, you’ll find Luke on the golf course, hitting the gym, or out with friends.
The youngest in our team, he’s already known for bringing great energy – and proudly holds the title of “Best Head of Hair” in the office!
Our newest team member, Chris brings a wealth of experience from both sides of the supply chain.
Having worked extensively in freight and directly as an importer for global brands, he brings expertise in purchase order management, vendor coordination and consolidation. His unique perspective helps us uncover different ways to add value for our clients.
A big music lover and keen traveller, Chris and his wife have also dedicated time in recent years to fostering children; a testament to his kind spirit.
He’s quickly become an integral part of our close-knit CWL family.
