Trevor Glynn

With a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Trev reached an agreement with trusted industry investors and formed the company in February of 2018.

Trev’s extensive network of global contacts paired with his dedication to providing an A* service has been essential to Cargo Worlds’ success. Clients have followed Trev due to his dedication to them, putting their needs first.

Trev regularly spends time away from the office fundraising. He is the founder and a trustee of the heart warming charity for children, With Love Steph which was created in memory of his beloved wife and co-founder of Cargo World, Stephanie Jeanne Glynn.

Director

Josh Cartledge

Having over 13 years industry experience in operations and sales, Josh was approached by his good friend Trev to help build the company in it’s infancy; which he has achieved with incredible success!

With a vast number of industry contacts, loyal customers and exceptional drive, Josh works tirelessly to take the very best care of them, whilst also developing new business.

Josh loves holidays with his fiancée Abbie and their son Enzo, going to the gym and relaxing walks with Ronnie the cockerpoo 🐶

Operations

Paul Lenahan

The first employee of CWL, now a shareholder and pillar of the company.

With vast experience in logistics and desire to succeed, Paul set up what we are today. With his attention to detail and his customers best interest at heart, he works hard to surpass expectations in everything he does.

Paul enjoys music and family time outside of work and has a strange, but impressive skill of knowing random facts about all things weird! There’s no need for google when Paul is in the office 🖥️

Business Relationship Manager

Tom Bradford

With vast experience in developing business relations, Josh reached out to Tom to join the team and help grow the client base.

It might have been considered a risk, with Tom starting at the outset of the pandemic, but safe to say one that paid off given the portfolio of customers that Cargo World now manages! Tom is a fantastic communicator and holds each customer relationship in high regard; he always reacts to the market with their interest at heart.

With a family of four and two springer spaniels, Tom doesn’t have spare time and is often found being beaten up by the kids 🥊

Air Export Operations

Gareth Davies

Gareth joined Cargo World after impressing with quick response times while working alongside us within the industry.

Through close relationships with the airlines Gareth is able to obtain market leading rates and quick turn arounds.

Gareth can often be found watching Manchester City (for his sins), enjoying family parties and is quite the foodie. 🍔

Export Operations

Luke Griffiths

This is Luke’s first role in the industry, but he has taken to it like a duck to water.

Integral to the rapidly growing air export department, Luke is always chasing the best rates, providing quotations, booking shipments and has done brilliantly learning on the job.

Luke has a fantastically dry sense of humour and often leaves the office in hysterics with his perfect timing! He enjoys boxing, socialising and a good old film or tv series 🍿

Import Operations

Tracy Glynn

The mother hen of the office and the queen of deliveries from port! Finding availability when the market looks to have lost it, she is worth her weight in gold.

With a bubbly personality and very caring nature, Tracy looks after of us all, with everyday essentials, birthday décor and sets the feel good factor of the office.

With a big family and a teenage son, Tracy doesn’t spend much time resting and is always on the go – she even find time to visit the odd bar for food and drinks! 🥂

Accounts Assistant

Dorota Bacon

Dorota’s strong character can be seen through her career choices and the challenges she sets herself.

Originally from Poland, she settled in the UK after meeting her now husband and having two children together. Whilst coming to terms with a new country, learning the language and forging new relationships she then decided to do a college course with the intentions of becoming an accountant.

This will be Dorota’s first post in an accountancy role and we’re lucky to have her. Never shying from extra responsivities and quickly cementing herself as “the feeder” of the group with different treats being brought in each day.

It goes without saying we hope she keeps up the good work and the treats too! 🍰
